Product Development                           
Argo Gourmet has experience working with and/or developing spice products, curry paste/sauce, various ingredients and herb.  Our product development laboratory stocks extensive ingredients for new formulation.

Manufacturing
We are able to produce up to 1,000- carton of spice in jar per day at a factory and the capacity for curry paste/sauce is 15,000- pouches per day.

Packaging
Our automated production line and form fill and seal machine can handle a wide range of products in a variety of packaging configurations.

    * Glass container 110 g., 210g, and 230g. etc.
    * Laminated Tube 4.5 oz tube etc.
    * A10 size tin
    * Automating filling, capping, labeling, date coding, ink jetting.
    * Hot filling

Quality Assurance
Our experienced staff of QA/QC technicians ensures the highest quality of each product.  In addition to numerous checks in each daily production, QA/QC provides continuous employee training.

    * Extensive product sampling testing and documentation
    * In-house laboratory performing product testing.
    * Routine and random quality inspections

Comprehensive quality program including sanitation, (Good Manufacturing Practice GMP), HACCP, allergen program, label review, material inspection etc.
